Oukitel K4000 PRO Test and Review: phone with good battery life
Chinese mobile company Oukitel has in short time become very popular and I am not surprised because their smartphones offers good quality at affordable price just like model K6000 which I have earlier tested. Their latest model Oukitel K4000 Pro is another dual-sim phone with high-capacity battery, so stay here and find out more about these device. Also if you are looking for a cheaper smartphone then you should definitely read this review.
Design and build
Oukitel K4000 Pro looks really nice and I think many people will like it. The frame is made of metal while the back cover has fashion crocodile texture. Also it is curved at the 4 corners because in the way it has better protection from hitting and dropping. According to the company it has thicker touch screen (1.1mm). When I’m holding the phone I feel the weight most probably because of metal frame and high-capacity battery. Overall I am very satisfied with build quality in these price range which is around $120.
Display
It has 5 inch IPS OGS screen with HD resolution while it is definitely interesting that the screen is very resistant like Borg haha. According to the company Oukitel K4000 Pro features protection up to 9H hardness and more than 1000Mpa stress value or in other words it has very strong screen. It features also good sharpness and natural colors. From every angle you can normally see the screen.
Performance and benchmark testing
It is based on quad core CPU MTK6735 with speed 1 GHz and in these combination it has GPU Mali-T720. Talking about memory it has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB for storage, and of course if this is not enough for you you can upgrade it with memory card up to 32 GB.
It has medium strong hardware as you can see and during use I came to conclusion that K4000 PRO has enough strong hardware for every purpose including gaming of course because everything I tried worked great. Below you can see benchmarks test results like Antutu.

Software
Lately I can see that many Chinese smartphones comes with Android 5.1 OS and what is more interesting is that their operating system is almost stock. In other words it has no bloatware or some stupid app. Anyway the operating system is fast and all functions works momentarily. It has also possibility for wireless update.
Connectivity and GPS
So as base it is dual-sim phone with support for 2G, 3G and 4G LTE network. K4000 Pro supports this frequencies WCDMA 900/2100MHz and FDD-LTE 800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz. Other connectivity functions like GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are all working as they should to work. I tested the GPS and it is working without Wi-Fi and mobile network with precision of 3 meters. Just for the first time when you start GPS you will need to wait several minutes to get working and later it will work momentarily. Wi-Fi has normal range for connectivity including Bluetooth connection.
Camera Quality
Oukitel K4000 Pro has eight megapixel rear camera which can be interpolated to 13 megapixel by software. The rear camera has strong LED flashlight while the camera software is stock. Below you can see photo quality but in my opinion for the quality is good for this price range.

Battery life
Very important and very interesting feature is definitely the battery because it has huge capacity of 4600mAh. It supports fast charging or in other words 5V/1.5A quick charging. So you can see it is not completely quick charging but it is pretty close. From what I can see it can be fully charged within 3.5 hours. Battery life in my example is 2 fully days with heavy use, so I’m pretty happy because they have done a great job again with battery.
Conclusion
I must say that I am again pleasantly surprised with Oukitel products and in the situation with K4000 Pro. Because for such low price which is actually around $120 it offers high build quality and cool design. Medium strong hardware and high-capacity battery which actually has 4600mAh. So if you need more information about Oukitel K4000 Pro then you can visit their official website and if you want you can buy it at this shop.
